Firstly, this is a little ginger tabby domestic kitten, and they have nice polite characters as we can see in this video. Cats do sometimes have the habit of gently touching their human caregiver to catch their attention. They have a variety of ways of achieving this, the most common of which is the meow which in human terms is a demand or request. In this instance we can probably guess and say that this kitten is catching his human's attention because he wants another kiss, more of the same, please. Like father like son goes the saying. It certainly applies here. These look like Scottish Folds with 'faulty' ears. They've not folded completely flat to the head which is the desired amount of fold kittens are not born with completely folded ears. They fold gradually. The kitten is priceless. He looks like a toy as he is so perfect and symmetrical. The title comes from Twitter as does the image.

Kitten at work, sleeps with a 'head press'. Screenshot. Yes, this cute tabby kitten is head pressing while sleeping but this is not because they have a headache as can be the case with head pressing. It is a known feline behavior when they have headaches. Humans do it too. It alleviates the pain. RELATED:  What causes cat head pressing (headache) ? But in this instance, it is just that they've ended up sleeping in a slightly odd position which we see a lot of on the internet.  What humans think of as comfortable sleeping arrangements do not apply to cats all the time. But I love to see cats at work.  This looks a genuine work place and not home working. If I am correct this is an enlightened business. There is a gradual awakening to the possibility of allowing cats at workplaces.  The only difficulty is that someone has to take change of the toilet arrangements.
