Beautiful stray cat is befriended and rehomed. This is a TikTok video of a nice woman who befriends a pretty stray cat. This cat is not feral. She behaves like a domestic cat who has become a stray. She needs a home and the video maker wants to give her a home so there is no obstacle in attaining that objective. I'd expect her to be with this woman as I write this. Comment by a viewer of the video on TikTok: "We can all already see how much you love her. Once she’s comfortable, she’ll be so happy with you". Palace guard lets his guard down for a cat. Screenshot. Clearly, one of these guards really likes or even loves domestic cats because this individual - the guy marked in the photograph - can't help but pet this attractive stray cat who wanders through the palace gates.  I am told that these are the palace gates in Malaysia. I don't know which palace if there is more than one but it looks impressive. It looks a little incongruous for a security guard dressed in uniform to temporarily let down his guard by petting a cat.  And why are all those cars going through the gates without being stopped and checked? I don't understand what's going on but it's the juxtaposition of a friendly cat and the relationship the cat makes with the guard which is interesting in the context that we see in the video.   There is a big question mark over whether Putin is mad, super-intelligent or somewhere in between. Anyway, he has sent the troops into Ukraine to take over the country; to annex the country to Russia because he thinks that Ukraine should be part of Russia.  I believe that he has had aspirations to include Ukraine as part of Russia for a very long time. That is why I believe all the diplomacy and negotiations which have taken place over the past few months have been a complete waste of time. His mind was set and there was no turning back. In fact, it was impossible for Putin to turn back once he was on that path. To turn back would be losing face. It would be a sign of defeat before he had even started.  There has been a lot of discussion in The Times newspaper about whether he is genuinely slightly mad at least.
