Polydactyl Maine Coon- Cat Ms. Beauty Cat
Polydactyl Maine Coon- Cat Ms. Beauty Cat. Tootsie did well on this photo op, I think.
I call it her "Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close-up" pose.**
It's really a way better pic than the one that appears on her "driver's license" (see below). *g*
** Movie trivia = Sunset Boulevard

Oh, my goodness. This is a gorgeous photo! Nice shot of her paw, too. She is an incredible beauty, just stunning.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Carrie!
ReplyDeleteYour comment made my day!
Ms. Cat is quite the cat. If you have time to read back through my blog (look on label Tootsie), you'll learn that Tootsie is a "rescue" cat- she's 7 and we've been together for a little over a year.
It's hard to get good photos of her, because she's an indoor cat, and available lighting doesn't lend itself to good photos.
Oh, as I learned when I adopted her, her "real" name is "Cameowcoons Thumbs Up"- Sire Silver Smoke, dam Thumbelina.
oops- sire is "Smoke Signal"
ReplyDeleteHi VG,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the background info! I read her adoption story, very inspiring. I just know it will help other cats in need.
I'm glad she came around so easily. People need to know that the personality of the cat isn't apparent at the shelter. (same as when we take our kitties to the vet)
She is such a stunner! Our Alice is black & hard to photograph as well. Our Leo is supernaturally affectionate, just like King Louie!
I'll be sure to visit often :-)
